Where I step in

Three moments when the right help changes everything.

01 0 → €1M

Your first customers are coming in, but everything still runs through you. We structure so that sales truly exist, not only when the founder is in the room.

02 1 → 100

You're hiring, the team grows, and everyone ends up selling their own way. We set a shared framework: common methods, rituals, a clear direction.

03 When it stalls

The pipe is full but nothing closes, or the cycle drags on. Together we find what's really blocking, and we unblock it.

My method

The 4 sales stages I look at.

No abstract theory. We go back through each stage of your sales, on your real deals, until it clicks.

Prospecting: aim at the right people, not more of them.

The goal isn't to send more messages, it's to reach the right accounts, at the right time, with a hook worth answering. We stop chasing volume for volume's sake.

  • Targeting: your ICP, your priority accounts, the buying signals to watch.
  • Hook: subject line, first sentence, reason to call. What opens a real conversation.
  • Multichannel: phone, email, LinkedIn, in the right order and at the right pace.
  • Measurement: reply rate, meetings booked, to quickly adjust what isn't working.

Discovery: 80% listening, 20% questions.

A good discovery call isn't about pitching. We dig into the context, the real need, the urgency, the budget and who truly decides. And we learn to disqualify fast what's going nowhere.

  • Open questions: get the prospect talking, don't feed them the answers.
  • Qualification: who decides, what budget, what timeline, what status quo.
  • Active listening: reformulate, dig deeper, use the customer's own words.
  • Disqualify: saying no in time beats a phantom deal in the pipe.

Negotiation: it is prepared before, not during.

Negotiation doesn't start when the prospect mentions price. It's prepared from the outset: what you're willing to give, what you'll never give, and how to defend value instead of discounting by reflex.

  • Prepare your trade-offs: nothing for free, everything is exchanged.
  • Defend value: bring the discussion back to the outcome, not the discount.
  • Objections: welcome them, dig into them, answer without getting defensive.
  • Hold the timeline: keep control of the next steps.

Closing: a series of small yeses.

Closing isn't a final push. It's chaining clear commitments through to signature, clearing the last doubts (legal, security, budget) before they block everything.

  • Next step: always defined, dated, agreed on both sides.
  • Honest urgency: a real reason to move, never a fake promo.
  • Remove blockers: anticipate the customer's internal approvals.
  • Ask for the signature: clearly, without beating around the bush.

Sales management: across all four.

Management isn't bolted on afterwards, it runs through every stage. Steering, coaching and growing the team is what keeps prospecting, discovery, negotiation and closing alive over time, even when you're looking elsewhere.

  • Steer: clear rituals (pipe review, weekly check-in, forecast) to stay on course.
  • Coach: grow each person on their real deals, not on theory.
  • Hire and onboard: the right people, operational fast.
  • Grow: a healthy performance culture that retains the best.
Shall we talk?

The simplest thing is still to talk it through.

30 minutes, no strings attached. You tell me where you stand, and I'll tell you honestly whether, and how, I can help.
