Data collected and purposes

The site only collects the data you voluntarily provide via the contact form: your first and last name, your email address, your phone number, your company name, your role and the subject of your request. This data is used solely to handle your request and to get back to you regarding a possible engagement (sales support, part-time Head of Sales, Go-To-Market consulting). No data is sold or transferred to third parties.

The form is operated by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard de Sébastopol, 75002 Paris), acting as a processor for collecting and hosting the messages received.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, collected when you submit the form. You may withdraw it at any time by contacting us.

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, then for a maximum of three years from our last contact, for the purposes of commercial prospecting, before deletion.

Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise them: bonjour@padestremau.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies and audience measurement

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse audience-measurement cookies. Until you give your consent, no measurement cookie is set (consent managed via Google Consent Mode v2).

If you accept, this site uses Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Limited) to measure page traffic in aggregate. The cookies concerned (_ga, _ga_*) have a maximum lifetime of 13 months. No data is used for advertising purposes and no profile is transferred to third parties. This data may be transferred to the United States, a transfer governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

In addition, the fonts are loaded via Google Fonts; this request may transmit your IP address to Google, without setting a cookie.
