Qualiopi B2B sales training: fundable and concrete

I design a B2B sales training built on your real cases, and I place it within an ongoing Qualiopi certification process, so it can later enter your funding channels (OPCO, CPF). The goal isn't to tick a box: it's a useful sales training that changes how you sell from the very next week.

What Qualiopi is for, and where I stand

Let's be clear from the start: my Qualiopi certification is under way, it isn't obtained yet. So I'm not “Qualiopi-certified” today, and I won't promise you active CPF funding right now. Qualiopi is the quality-certification mark for training providers in France, backed by the RNQ (National Quality Framework). It's what opens access to public and pooled funding. The training is designed to be fundable once the certification is obtained. For the official framework and the list of certified providers, the reference is France Compétences.

The programme, on your real cases

No recited catalogue. We start from your calls, your open deals, your sales cycle. The themes we work on:

  • Prospecting: cold calling, multichannel, hooks that open a conversation.
  • Discovery: surface the real need, qualify fast, stop chasing dead deals.
  • Negotiation: hold your prices, handle objections without getting defensive, keep control.
  • Closing (concluding the sale): move the deal forward, create the right urgency, sign cleanly.

The formats

  • In-company: I train your team on your own deals, in a closed group.
  • Inter-company: your reps join a group from other companies.
  • On-site at your premises, or remote depending on your schedule and location.

Funding

Once the certification is obtained, three main routes open up to fund a sales training in France:

  • OPCO (skills operator): the body that pools and funds the training of employees in your sector.
  • Skills development plan: your company's internal training budget, usable for your teams.
  • CPF (personal training account): the training rights attached to each person, for employee-initiated training.

Until the certification is obtained, these schemes can't be used for my services. To check your eligibility and the state of the schemes, rely on France Compétences and your OPCO.

Who it's for

  • A sales team you want to take up a level, with a shared sales framework.
  • A training or HR lead looking for a fundable, concrete Qualiopi B2B sales training.
  • A founder who wants to professionalise the selling of their first reps.

How to start

We take 30 minutes to frame your need, your sales cycle and the right format. If Qualiopi funding isn't available yet when you reach out, I offer a direct format, outside Qualiopi, and we switch to the fundable framework as soon as the certification comes through. Rather looking for someone to take over sales leadership? See the part-time Head of Sales. And to understand the behind-the-scenes, I detail everything in my article on Qualiopi for an independent trainer.

You leave with
  • A B2B sales training built on your real cases, not on generic slides
  • A path designed to fit an OPCO, skills-development-plan or CPF funding framework
  • Written, measurable progress objectives, tracked over time
  • A team that prospects, discovers, negotiates and closes with the same framework
  • A funding file prepared cleanly, with no administrative nasty surprises
Frequently asked questions
Is this B2B sales training already fundable via my OPCO or the CPF?

Let's be honest: the Qualiopi certification is under way, it isn't obtained yet. OPCO or CPF funding requires a Qualiopi-certified provider. The training is therefore designed to be fundable once the certification is obtained. Until then, I can step in with a direct format, outside Qualiopi. For the official framework, refer to France Compétences.

What does Qualiopi change concretely?

Qualiopi is the quality-certification mark for training providers, based on the National Quality Framework (RNQ). It's the condition for accessing public and pooled funding (OPCO, CPF, skills development plan). Without it, a training remains payable, but not through these schemes.

Inter or in-company, on-site or remote?

Both for each axis. In-company, I train your team on your own deals. Inter-company, your reps join a group. And depending on your constraints, on-site at your premises or remote.

What themes does the sales training cover?

Prospecting, needs discovery, negotiation and closing, worked on your real deals. The programme adapts to your sales cycle and your starting level.

Shall we frame your B2B sales training?

30 minutes to tell me where it stalls. I'll suggest the right format and the right funding path, fully transparent about the state of the Qualiopi certification.
